Meet the Keynote Speakers:

Rev. Janeese Spencer
Janeese is the CEO and Founder of Venture Life Coaching. She is a Certified Coach with the John Maxwell Team. Venture Life Coaching offers 3 services: Coaching, Training and Speaking. The mission of the business is aimed at offering Coaching services for professional or personal development and offering customized training services for businesses or organizations to facilitate leadership development, team solutions and growth outcomes. Janeese also has over 35 years’ experience speaking as a keynote speaker throughout the Southeast at conferences, retreats and seminars.
Prior to launching her business, she and her husband, Dr. Lester Spencer, Co-pastored St. James Methodist Church for 25 years. Together they facilitated the rebirth of a dying congregation by leading the church through a relocation process and building the current campus of Saint James Church in Montgomery, Alabama which is the largest Global Methodist Church in the River Region of Alabama.
Janeese was the Pastor of Discipleship, Women’s Ministry, Prayer and Leadership Development. She has also written and taught countless bible studies for more than 30 years. Janeese led a Community Wide Bible Study for women for over 20 years which averaged 200-400 women weekly.
Rev. Spencer is actively involved in serving her community and is a member of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. She has served in various church and leadership roles and has been recognized as a prominent, entrepreneurial Business Leader in numerous Business and Leadership magazines. Janeese is passionate about helping individuals or organizations take intentional next steps for a winning future.
She is married to Dr. Lester Spencer who is the Conference Superintendent of the Alabama Emerald Coast Conference of the Global Methodist Church. They have been married for 38 years and have three married children: Harden (Rylee), Ciara (Alex), and Joshua (Claire).

Rev. Kari Howard
Rev. Kari Howard is the Conference Superintendent of the North Carolina Annual Conference of the Global Methodist Church. She had previously served as the Associate Conference Superintendent since January 2024. Raised in a Jewish home, she became a disciple of Jesus Christ at age twelve, and her life and ministry reflect a deep love for Scripture and the Church.
Kari is married to John Frank Howard. Together they have four adult sons, three daughters in love, three granddaughters, and one grandson. She was ordained an Elder after earning her MDiv from Asbury Theological Seminary, where she was inducted into the Theta Phi Honor Society. She is currently working on a doctorate in apologetics. As a certified ministry coach, she has mentored pastors and leaders across the Church. In 2022, she led the Western NC Wesleyan Covenant Association and was sent to lead in the formation of the NC GMC since January 1, 2023, as the Vice President Pro Tempore.
Her passions include discipling believers, shepherding congregations, defending the faith, and proclaiming the gospel. She serves the global connection as a member of the Committee on Approval for the Ministry and Higher Education Commission of the GMC. Kari served as Chair of the North Carolina Delegation to the 2024 Convening General Conference and was again the first elected clergy to the 2026 General Conference from NC. She currently chairs the Area Committee on the Episcopacy, ACE 8.

Weekly Prayer Guide, found on amazon.com. Kari is committed to the GMC mission of making
disciples of Jesus Christ and spreading scriptural holiness across the globe.

Rev. Nicole Kuhl
Nicole is an ordained minister, licensed transformational coach, and global speaker dedicated to equipping the Body of Christ and fostering holistic Kingdom transformation across spiritual, emotional, and social spheres.
Originating from Africa, Nicole developed a profound appreciation for the diverse tapestry of the global Church, viewing every culture as a unique reflection of the Creator. Following the completion of her post-graduate studies in the late 1990s, she answered a ministerial call as an urban missionary to the inner cities of the United States. This foundational season anchored her lifelong commitment to holistic human development—ministering to the spirit, soul and body.
An ordained minister and licensed life and transformational coach, Nicole brings practical, Kingdom-minded solutions to individuals and communities. She also lends her leadership and governance experience by serving on various ministry and non-profit boards.
As a dynamic communicator, Holy Spirit deliverer, and activator, Nicole travels internationally to minister in diverse ecclesiastical settings. She is the founder and principal of Nicole Kuhl Coaching, dedicated to guiding individuals toward purposeful growth. Furthermore, she established The Watering Hole, a dedicated women's ministry designed to empower, equip, and ignite women to recognize their purpose, identity and authority in Christ across the nations of the earth.
Nicole is happily married to her spouse of 21 years and has 1 child in college and 2 in high school. Her favorite leisurely activity is hanging out with her family (this includes long walks with her hunting dog, Cooper) catching up with friends, spending time at a balmy beach and impromptu worship sessions with her daughter.
